DISPUTE TELKOM IT GET YOU A SUSPENDED LINE

NOW I KNOW WHY I STOPPED ANY RELATIONSHIP WITH TELKOM - BECAUSE THEY DONT GIVE A .

mY PROBLEM IS i GOT AN ADSL LINE MIDDLE AUGUST - THERE WAS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE AN INSTALLATION CHARGES BUT WHAT HAPPENS THEY PUT IT ON. i ASKED FOR A STATEMENT END AUGUST TO PAY THE TWO WEEKS AND WHAT HAPPENED YOU GUESSED RIGHT NEVER GOT IT.

LOGGED A DISPUTE THEN WAS TOLD IT WAS NOT RIGHT AND WHAT HAPPENS THEY CUT THE LINE NOW THEY ARE DEMANDING MONEY WHICH I REFUSE TO PAY AS IT WAS THEIR ERROR AND NOT MINE.

THE TELKOM WHO I WAS DEALING WITH NOW WAS POLITE AND AS SOON AS I ASKED HIM HIS NAME HE CUT THE CALL AS HE DID NOT WANT HIS NAME ON HELLO PETER .

i WANT MY LINE ON BY 5PM WHEN I GET HOME OTHERWISE THIS WILL BE TAKEN FURTHER WHY MUST I PAY FOR THE INCOMPETENCE ON TELKOM!!!
