Bad Customer Service

I am starting to feel like Vodacom has got beef or unresolved issues with me. Do you know that since I lodged a query with them on the 09/11/2013 up until until today i have not heard a response from these people? The guy I spoke to assured me that within 48 hours the issue will be resolved but today is the 25/09/2013 & nothing has been said. I still have that ref number S3/TOF22/2343K they gave me but it's no use whatsoever. My query was that for the past 3 moths they have been charging me R51.75 for BIS whereas I am no longer using a Blackberry handset. Who benefited from that money? Why was I not informed when I upgraded my contract that I need to cancel the BIS since I was changing the handset? Where is customer service in all of this? I feel like i've been robbed of my cash no one wants to be responsible for that. The service at Vodacom Customer Care is getting worse every single moment you contact them. This is one of the incident out of many I have had with Vodacom I can tell you more about their bad customer service if you want me to.By the way the consultant who logged a call for me was Thabiso & I don't blame him I guess he did his part.
