I took out a phone with jabba but returned the phone and already paid R250 toward that account, Now I'm getting sms's from them requesting payments of R500 to both Standard bank and FNB account numbers. When I called the customer service regarding this they didn't even have me on their date base.
This is not right. I need to know what the status of my account is with you because next thing I know I'm listed as a bad payer for something I didn't have in the first place.
