I would like to know whether their were any attempt to change my simcard. Whether it was change and the change nulyfy. The reason for asking this question on this site is that Vodacom have no respect for answering e-mails send to them through normal channels. Furthermore, an answer to my question will be in the public domain as I cannot see any reason why my simcard had a problem this morning which after removing and inserting it again, the problem disappeared!
