The simcard insured was robbed last year on 27 July, when I went to MTN store Canal Walk to get a replacement mobile, the replacement mobile did not accept normal simcard so I have to use a micro simcard. The consultant at the MTN stores said they are unable to do a simcard swop from a normal simcard to a micro simcard, he said he will send the OMS invoice and my insured number will be updated.
It came as a surprised to me last week when your consultant Ismaeel requested me that I send him the OMS invoice. Clearly the consultant at MTN never forwarded the details in order my details to be updated, what I am failing to understand why my claim is rejected, as this is not my fault.
It remains the client's responsibility to fimiliarise themselves with the policy terms and conditions and adhere to them. In this instance this was not done. for this reason your claims has been rejected and your policy cancelled.
