Yet another complaint about completely terrible ADSL performance in Durban North/La Lucia.
After 6 months of terrible performance and absolutely nothing done it is time to Hello Peter.
Telkom has completely overloaded exchanges in La Lucia and now everyone's line speed and pings have suffered.
I can barely use the line.
I have complained, logged faults and tried almost everything for over 6 months. Absolutely nothing has been done. Telkom doesn't care about customers as long as they keep paying.
