In short: my Telkom line exchange is congested.
This means that during prime time, my internet it barely usable, even for local traffic. 5-9 pm on weekdays, and don't even try to use the internet during the weekend.
I have logged many, many faults, always receiving calls at lunch time the next day when everyone is at work and the lines in my area are basically dormant.
I have seen so many people complaining about congested exchanges, and have even been told that Telkom takes up to six months to fix them.
This will not do.
Fix your mistakes, Telkom, that's why I pay you.
