This is not my the first complaint for Cell C... it is now 6 months down the line and still my account hasn't been sorted out. I had to eventually pay the so called outstanding amount just to have the use of my phones. I just spoke to Makgadi who then instructed me to do her job for her and find the problem as she can't find it.

So for 6 months I have had the worst service ever!!!

How stupid can I be, I go buy my son a Cell C sim card... what was I thinking. The kid is 13 years old and away from home. He gets his airtime tries to get his BIS working they take his money but still no BIS. I phone the call center speak to a so called supervisor named Kurt who then starts yelling at me. According to him my son selected the wrong option and he will just have to get more airtime and try again.

So now they from kids as well!!! Well done Cell C
