As per email dated 23 August 2013, i have not received any feedback concerning my request.

Good day Mr Nagassar,

Thank you for using MWEB services.

We would like to confirm that we have received your request for line speed downgrade to the 1024kbps speed. Once complete, we will downgrade the account to the Premium ADSL All Inclusive Uncapped package on a 1024kbps speed with line rental offer for R339.00 p/m.

Your request will take up to 10 working days to complete.
