I have recently taken a laptop deal with altech autopage in gateway.i took the contract as I had shopped around and found that their price of R249 was most reasonable for me. On my 1st bill I was charged R750 and 2nd bill R1100.i keep calling them with very little response, i have even asked them to take back the laptop and cancel my contract as I obviously cannot afford to pay much more than what I budgeted for. Now as I have not received any response from the store I emailed the head office twice and on both occassions I have received an automated response telling me that I will get called back within 24 hours and 3 weeks later I am still waiting.
what do I do as I am really fed up and disgusted at their service.
