Totally uncceptable!!!

Good day I have been a loyal client to the Vodacom service provider for over 10 years, I took out a renewed contract with them in the beginning of september 2012.my salary pay date falls on the 20th of each month and when my contract was signed it was agreed that my account would be debited on the 20th of each month however they have failed to do so and instead they debit my account on the 1st of each month over several times I have made contact with them to ask them to debit my account as per the agreement but this continued. Payment was missed twice due to this error on their side and since then they have stopped debiting me and the money owed to them just keeps on accumulating they have even handed me over to their legal department and this is due to their own negligence I am very upset at the treatment received from them I will be paying them all their money in full as my contract will end shortly and once that is done I will never have any dealings with them again and I'm changing to a different network provider!
