My Account was loaded on the 17th of September 2013 with my monthly airtime and being an open account i had put a R50 limit on the line an i also have an extra 1gig data plan.it is now the 22nd of september 2013 and i havent made that much calls or used that much data to run through it all and now my line is barred and cant make outgoing calls. Spoke to altech customer service and he told me i have to take it up with the billing department tomorrow.so this means i wont be able to use my phone until tomorrow. Everybody warned me to stay away from these monkeys and i dident listen and now i see why they said so. Will ride out this 2 year contract and never use them again and will not advise anybody to use them aswell.
