We have been at Mweb for a very long period. If they had only let their customers know about the throtteling, and how much usage is too much, to prevent them from throtteling your line.
I have already cancelled my subscription. And most of the people I know that is with Mweb have done the same.
I feel really sorry for them, because everything has been satisfactory up until this nonsense. They are definitely going to loose a huge amount of customers if they do not rectify this issue. Who comes up with these nonsensical implementations?
