I sent my samsung s4 for repairs as the screen broke. After waiting a month for my phone they realised they could not repair the screen so they replaced it. When I first signed up with a cell c contract, the lady showed me that it came with a 2gb sd card, her name is either zinhle or zandile, i cant remember but she is from the game city branch in durban. When I booked it in for repairs, a lady named bavika did the booking for me. I cant seem to find the page that says what accessories the phone came with and I dont think I received a copy of that. Being in a rush to collect the phone, I did not think at the time to see if the sd card was there as I was rushing to work. Today when I had to reset my phone, a month later after receiving it, I noticed that the sd card is missing, it was not in the box either. It is pointless sending an email or calling customer care as they would be of no assistance. I dont have time to take the query up or go to the store as I start work early and finish late. I WANT THIS SORTED OUT IMMEDIATELY AS CELL C HAS ROBBED ME.
