Telkom Cannot cancel

I submitted a request to cancel Telkom line on 22 May 2013. As of today the line has not been fully cancelled and I am still be charged for the data part of the service (I ask you how can I used adsl data if I do not have a line). Have called Telkom 5 times to sort out and every time get told someone will call back.
