Cable no internet

A cable was in our area. Now no internet available. We need the internet for we are doing some of our business and work from home. Presentations etc. we did report it i think about six times. And we starting today in week three. Poor service from telkom. And its like the service and fault reporting number... people do not care to assist. They hear your story and say please hold and put phone down in your ear.
