Sim not activated on Samsung S4
I have received my Samsung S4 on Thursday 19/09/2013 through FNB & MTN, tried to activate my sim card since Friday 20/09/2013 keep getting a response that the sim is faulty.It has been almost a week and I still cannot get the sim and my contract activated.I am frustrated and want to send the cellphone back to MTN.The service is poor and the call centre agents cannot give me any answers regarding the activation.
