Every week from monday-friday there is absolutely no internet connection and we are lucky if we even receive a reasonable speed during weekends. The download speed is currently 3.2kB/s - which is absolutely unacceptable! This is not the kind of service one pays for. Numerous calls have been made to the support desk and yet NOTHING has been done about it. I seriously suggest someone fixes this immediately as the customers are not the ones who should be suffering the brunt of all of this.
