My contract limit changed for the second time

My contract limit has been changed for the second time without my permission. I insist that my contract must be cancelled. This is unacceptable as I made my call limit the amount that I chose for a reason and now I must pay more than what I budgeted for. If I did something wrong I would have been sued and had to pay for the mistakes I made but if they make a mistake then it is fine and unheard of. Not anymore I am sick and tired of all these hassles. This is breach of contract!
