IN 2011 my brother and i went to cell c in centurionn mall to do the transfere of contract from my brothers name to my name..we gave them all the documentation, bt to my suprice that was never done.then i went to cell c in festival mall to go and do the follow up.they told me that the concelletion was never done.i submited the documents again.they changed the account numbers to mine but still thecontract is still on my brothers name.so early 2012 i payed off the fone and closed the contract now the they stoped debiting my acc.bt to my suprice early this year my brothe gets a messege saying his the acc has been handed over to Pholosa.for what?? you guys dont know how to do ur job.we are so loosing trust this cell c coz of the poor service and attitude...
