Please escalate to someone more SENIOR

Service request numbers S3-T0623-3QZUV and S3-T1M3Q-QNDU1.
I received a call from Thato regarding my complaint logged (2 MONTHS AGO) a few minutes ago who simply advised me that because i dont have a job card number the nature of my complaint regarding a broken key pad cannot be investigated on a 3 month old phone and that because the phone is working now there is nothing they can do.
firstly the systems were offline at the vodacom shop in Eastgate Towers when i got the repairs done and was not given a job card. Vodacom needs to get that store to create a job card investigate how a keypad can break on a 3month old phone and advise me. secondly the pathetic service i am getting, why after nearly 2 months i am yet to get resolution. just another thought for you, if i have a 24month contract why must i be incovenienced with rubbish service and a i dont care attitude from VODACOM ontop of a phone that could possibly break again after the next three months.
