Today 20 Sept 2013 is the third day that i have not been able to receive e-mails... spent best part of last night trying to get a response from their helpline... only to be passed from pillar to post... with no luck!!! eventually to be told it is a server issue... more like "Service" issue... then they have the audacity to send an SMS to my phone asking to rank their service quality!!! and as of Fri 20 th 2:40 pm... i still cannot retreive any e-mails!!!
the last e-mail i received was on Tuesday... how can one run a business with this type of SERVICE???
