On 29 November 2013 I realised that I was debited with R673.17 on 27 November 2013 and R442.32 on 29 November 2013. I phoned in and spoke to Shuma who advised that I send her the e-mail as well as her Manager, Tshifhiwa. I sent both of them several e-mails and no one responded to any of my e-mails. I have made several queries via phone and e-mail regarding a double debit on my account. When I call I get sent from pillar to post without any clear direction. A call centre agent finaly told me that my account wont be debited in December 2013. To my suprise on 31 December 2013 I was debited with R442.32. I called ADT on 31 Dec 2013 to get clarity and I was put from pillar to post.
I would appreciate it if you can reverse and repay me for the second debit of R442.32 ASA
