Our e-mails for our business are hosted with Cybersmart. For the last 5 weeks we have phoned the call centre stating that one of our core suppliers e-mails are not coming through to our e-mail accounts. We have also had the suppliers IT department send the message that is being returned from the cybersmart server stating that the mails are not being delivered.
After 5 weeks of talking to call centres, we formalised our complaint. Two days wait for a mail from Warren to say issue resolved. I responded to say it was NOT resolved. We have had no response since. The fact that we can not receive mails from this specific supplier is having a dramatic effect on our ability to trade. Yet our begging of cybersmarts to assist just falls on deaf ears!
