Upgraded contract cell to S4, 5 days later still no cellphones was delivered. No one contacted me for progress update. Visited the store and I was told Met moved to another branch. Terminated the upgrade and went to Vodacom for service. Got new S4 from Vodacom. I am now unable to load airtime on my account, message read: invalid number, went back to the MTN Menlyn, again stinky attitude from Bianca. Can someone with MTN values fix this and give me a call as to when will I be able to load airtime
Bianca is not an asset to Menlyn, she is a and you need better people with customer focus. I hate MTN because of Bianca
