I've recently taken a 4mb uncapped account in August & had numerous issues from data usage disputes to line speed grievances. I've been away from my home for weeks at end & even flying home from Jhb to Cpt with with my entire family & no one home or online at all being accused by your company of high usage, even as ridiculous being accused of high data usage when the electricity being off in my entire area with home security companies guarding my home to avoid as proof your technical team still just danced around the lack of service to me, your technical team has been giving me the run around from day one, started with a 2 hour call, Nileshan Govender treating me like a child & not apologizing till today for his actions & him even telling me on numerous occasions that he doesn't care & I can take my business elsewhere & just passing me on from one person to another. Your recent technical team contacted me Friday, made me do changes & jump the same old hoops as your company did before to only cut me completely off on Saturday morning & my line was reaching 30kps speeds all week prior. I have joined another ISP & not a single issue.
