With reference to our previous bad report to Cell C we are in need of a detailed statement as to how the amount was accumulated in order for us to prove that this account was paid in full by the time the term was expired. No notice was issued that Cell C will bill us on a month to month basis and in no terms and conditions it was stipulated that if a contract expires that Cell C will bill us on a month to month basis even when the line was closed. The simcard was destroyed, the use of the simcard after the expire date is not possible. The line was already blocked before the end of the contract. Urgently instruct your attorneys Pholaba to stop all actions regarding this matter until it is resolved. In 2010 when we tried to resolve this matter there was no reply from Cell C to resolve this matter. I have dates and names of people that we spoke to numerous times to solve this and no response was given.
