INCORRECT BILLING FOR A YEAR

In 2012 I took a contract with Cell C for skype services but later realised that the area that I reside in, does not have coverage. Therefore I contacted Cell C for a cancellation and was given a settlement figure which was paid in full. In January 2013 my bank account was debited from Cell C, upon enquiry I was informed that the amount was taken off one accoun which left that acc in over and the other in an arrear. Thinking that the matter would resolved, however since then I have been billed every month thereafter. I have been liasing with them on a continuous basis with NO HELP whatsoever. Cell C now claims I owe them a large amount of money and are now phoning almost every day! I am still waiting for the bill that for their claim to be e-mailed to me. Service has extremely HORRID, I even went into their store to try to get help but with absolutely no joy!!
