Poor service from MTN Insurance

I have sent MTN Insurance email and attemted to call them (they never answer)

I am haveing trouble submiting a cliam from the 04/09/2013.

They are not responding to any of my emails.

I have send them a claim from on the 17/09/2013 but had no response
I went to MTN Direct in Vereeniging they gave me the contact details of the wrong Insurance.

Seems they do not care and do not carry their client well being at heart.

Very disapointed.
