i need help, i took a 24 month contract (phone) with cell c in March 2011 2yrs ago. The last debit order was suppose to be in april this year. when i checked my bank statement on the 14 of aug i noticed that they were still debiting me. when i called cell c, the lady said i was suppose to give them a month notice before which didnt make sense for me as we had a 2year agreement and i wasnt even using their simcard anymore as it was and yes i did report the matter to them and asked them to block the sim card permanently. i need help with obtaining my money back from Cell c as i was debited unfairly for 4 months (R99. X 4)
