I have been a Telkom customer for over 10 years and a shareholder. I have never in my life experienced such bad service. My current Telkom Mix was due for an upgarde (change of option) on the 15th of August 2013. At the end of July i went in ti find out what options i have. I was given a list of Cellphones to choose from and told to wait until the 15th when my contract ended, i was happy to do so. I was excited and decided to go with the Samsung S4 with the Telkom mix. I went in on the 15th and was told that the S4 was only being launched on the 22nd, yet again i was happy to wait. Ever since i have been told that there was a system problem and had to wait till the next week and ever since i have been told next week. i have had my fill of next week. If Telkom cannot keep up with the trends and technology then the should get out of the kitchen. i am still waiting for next week to come, will there ever be a next week. I have spoken to so many people i cant even keep up. Really disappointed to be associated with this institution. If this is how they treat their customers and shareholders then there is no hope.
