We reported a fault to Telkom on the 15th Oct 2013!! A service Tech came to our office on the morning off the 21st and made some changes to the Telkom system and said he had to go get some other things repaired at the main switch board.
Today 22nd Oct our lines still do not work. I am currently on hold to the Telkom helpline for over 10 minutes already.
This service is shockingly BAD and un acceptable.
