Today, tomorrow, whenever - or most likely never?

So I went to Australia and New Zealand in June this year. Apllied for International Roaming. Utilized access for a brief moment in Australia, thereafter no access available for two weeks. Got back to South Africa saw bill of R400 odd for International Roaming -?? How so? So i went to Key West Mall lodged an enquiry. Nothing. So I went back. Still nothing. Key West then logged inquiry with Head Office. Followed up twice. It is September now and still nobody has come back to me. I am a South African citizen with rights. I have freedom to information and I am not getting it. Is there anyone capable of reverting re these roaming charges billed. If i am responsible then great, but at least afford me an expalantion re this brief usuage and high billed received - that all i am asking for - is it unreasonable?
