I upgraded about a month and half ago suddenly i must pay extra for BIS. I spoke to the call centre as the person promised that the problem will get solved and will phone me back but never did. Afterall I didnt take the new q series or nothisg just the old 93 series. they cancelled my BIS and put a xtra amount on my acount for BIS looks like CELL C does not now how to manage their accounts department. Cant wait for contrac to expire. Please people never take a contract with CELL C as the service is up to
