Overcharging and Breaking contract

My daughter took out a new contract from MTN Kolonnade in May '13
1. She asked for number for life and her number changed
2. She asked for itemised billing, but only received it from July '13 after going back to the store and asking
for it again
3. She has the Anytime 350 contract with R350 calls, 350 sms's and 350MB data
* Since the itemised billing she not once received the above mentioned promises
* She was billed for calls and sms's before she reached the target
* Her data usage on the billing does not correspond with the usage on her phone
* On the latest statement she was billed R980 for 1GB data
We went to Kolonnade twice, first they were off-line. Then they claim that they don't have the authority to help us and send us to MTN Menlyn
Menlyn lodged a complain on 16 Aug '13 with a promise to e-mail us within 24 -48 hours
They also said that Kolonnade could have helped us
We have not yet received an e-mail
We then went back to Kolonnade on 10 Sept '13
We were helped by George Erasmus who is the Manager at MTN Wonderpark and helped out at Kolonnade
He lodged a new complain and communicates with us about the progress. He is the first one helping.
