I have been receiving harassing calls from people who claim to be working for Vodacom and who have complete access to my accounts. The only possible way that they are able to receive that private information is through my telecoms supplier Vodacom. They have been harassing me with telemarketing calls offering me insurance or to upgrade my account.
Today I told a lady who called me twice that I was NOT interested in migrating my package and yet she went and did it without my permission. She blatantly to me and adjusted with my contract when I told her specifically that I was NOT INTERESTED in migrating. Vodacom is deliberately violating my rights as a consumer with these harassing calls, from me by adjusting my contract without my permission and deliberately ignoring the consumer protection act.
