Multiple SMS delivery

I receive every sms on my phone MULTIPLE TIMES.I notified Autopage through their local branch and customer service line.
The complaint has been escalated. In fact, I have now received the notification sms regarding the escalation 9x- Ref A1309173736.
Autopage blames MTN. Neither do anything and I have now received hundreds of repeated sms's.
I wonder who is paying for this?
