I logged a call to report a line fault. nobody pitched up or make an appointment. Today technician phone and said he is at my house and will wait for me, he it is the second time he is there but nobody home, I expressly asked for some to phone me before they come to fix my problem. when I asked what the technician's name was he just hanged up the phone.

THIS IS ABSILUTELY SERVICE, I HOPE SOUTH AFRICA CAN GET RID OF TELKOM HELKOM AND GET SOMEONE WHO CAN ACTUALLY PROVIDE A SERVICE.,

I NEED TO GET THIS RESOLVED ASAP.
