BAD SERVICE AND COMMUNICATIONS

My phone was accidentally damaged and I handed it in at the Norhtead Benoni Branch for repairs. I had to follow up telephonically and was advised by sms to go to the branch and collect my phone. What a disappointment (AFTER SEVEN WEEKS) to find that it had NOT been repaired. Ronald the manager could not even give us an explanation as to why it had not been repaired I phoned Ronald and left several messages to call me back. At the end I gave up because NOR he or any of his staff never bothered to phoned me to keep me informed.

I had to phone head office myself and try to solve the problem. They advised me to contact Ronald to send the phone back to be repaired.

Up to now I am still in the dark, WITHOUT A PHONE or any explanation. I will not recommend Autopage to any of my friends or relatives, in fact to NO ONE.
