I experience a problem that my cell phone account was having charges added on a daily basis. I contact my service provider who stated that I have a subscription to the Victorious Technologies. I requested that they cancel this subscription as I did not agree to have this loaded.

I contacted the contact number and was told that the cost were for accepting the service and that the app was downloaded and confirmation sms was accepted.

I never downloaded this app, did not receive any sms's from this company. I told the woman I spoke to that I have not received any content for the subscription so why do I have to pay for something I did not want and not getting the services for. I asked to be unsubscribed but the intelligent woman did not do it.
