After months of no service being received from Altech Autopage, they finally did something when I posted my first Hello Peter comment, that alone took another two months! Eventually they got their product to work and
now they want to still bill me for those months which I had not had any service for and when trying to speak to a customer service manager, they want to go through the whole rigmarole of investigating what I am saying instead of letting me speak to a manager. Naturally that infuriated me and while asking to speak to the manager the consultant had the nerve to just cut me off and put me on hold. Now I have been holding for ten minutes!
These people are and you SHOULD NOT TAKE ANY CONTRACTS WITH THEM. this is not my first bad experience with Autopage!!! To my surprise nothing's changed. Just imagine I paid for months that was not in use and now they do not want to carry it over! that is daylight in anyones books! please get with the programme AUTOPAGE! this is not customer service no matter how much you try to sugarcoat it. I AM APPALLED AND DISGUSTED WITH THE DISHONEST BEHAVIOUR & LACK OF CONCERN & WILL SPREAD THE WORD!! I AM TRULY SHOCKED!!
