My family upgraded to a 2mb line last month, we had 200kbps download speed for awhile and we were reasonably happy with it if you exclude all the problems in between such as internet going off for long periods of time and at random, but now Mweb has throttled our speed down to 20kbps. We use the internet for gaming, youtube and facebook and there are 4 of us using it. After contacting mweb, this is the response i got.

"Evening

The account is speed limited from what I can see as of today. I can't tell you yet when it will be lifted, I will in the morning. The less you use of the account, the sooner it will be lifted."

SO what the heck are we paying for? why offer a service you cannot maintain?
