Cellspice is defrauding vodacom customers

I was browsing the web on my iphone when out of the blue I got redirected to a basic page asking if I am over 18. I never clicked on anything to direct me to this page. I looked at the URL and it contained all my information including my cell number etc and the page said I would be billed at R7 per day for a subscription (it did not indicate what the subscription is for). I could easily have clicked on the confirm button by mistake and it seems been billed for something I didnt want. I have looked through the complaints on here and it seems that many people are being by the company responsible, cellspice, in various ways. I think its scandalous that the cellphone companies like vodacom stand by and profit from such crooked practices, and they should be held accountable as they are the ones who are the custodians of your security in regard to billing.
