On 26/08/2013 i submitted an insurance claim form to cellsure for a phone, but heard nothing from them till today (3.5 weeks later). out of concern, i called them today to check the status of my claim and was told it hasn't been processed because i had not included the IMEI no. and when i asked why i was not asked to provide an IMEI no. the lady simply told me she has no idea and left it at that. no apology or effort to follow it up.
