STILL WAITING TICK TOCK TICK TOCK

Firstly after thinking online upgrades are going to make my life easier I am disgusted to find the 18 days after my "online upgrade" i still dont have what i ordered. The wrong phone was delivered 4 days after the initial "upgrade". Yes you may think YAY... well then maybe not... After NUMEROUS hair pulling phone calls you get told that you indeed have the phone in you hands or that they are SO good at what they do... they actually delivered your phone BEFORE you ordered it.. Then NEXT you get told that the phone they then collected from you has not arrived back at the warehouse 5 days after it was collected. And to top it all that you should wait ANOTHER 14 days over and above the 18 days you have spent torturing yourself with calls. To top it all every person in Vodacom with any authority is stuck in a meeting so you as a customer are stuck with a call centre person with the rehersed verse of "thank you for your patience" Perhaps Vodacom should stop having meetings and get some work done.. Exactly what is wrong in this Country.. lets just pull up our shoulders while management is busy counting the money... and STILL waiting
