13 Aug Ordered Samsung s4 online. Was promised delivery next day. Phone arrived on 16 Aug. Wrong phone! phoned immediately. Was told that transaction will be reversed and phone would be collected 3 to 7 days. Today is day 8. Phoned 11am this morning and was told that RAM would be collecting today. Now 4 30 and no collection. Spoke to LETHU Was given the following ref number s3-tys3l-ljfsw
Please help as the new upgrade happens on 31 Aug and then I am stuck with a phone that I don't want
