Specifically, no one told me that I'm unable to buy airtime for the contract I'm on, neither was I urged to read any T&C. So here I am with R160 spent on something that's now utterly useless to me. Tried to load it, and was denied. Phoned about it, the consultant was at least a nice person and wasn't unhelpful, however the customer reps that I dealt with at the Brooklyn branch told me nothing about this, and I would like compensation, either in the form of free data/airtime to the value, or a refund as this is unacceptable.
