I had a very serious incident happen at Dubai airport due to emirates. I was injured and there where medical costs. I reported this at the time. its been 6 months now and all i have is a reference number. Ronel the customer service manager, wont take my calls or return them or respond to my email.
disgusting work ethic. I now know i can use any other airline, they are not the only airline and we should stop supporting them. then may be they will care when it hits their pocket.
