After signing up with Openweb and they deducted the relevant payments. They issued me a non-existent account name. I queried it with their accounts department and they assured me that the username in question have being established and resolved. I tried today and it gave the same PAP authentification problem. I decided to end the short subscription to Openweb as I can't access to the service I paid for.
Their CEO (Self-entitled without substance) instead of sorting the issue out demanded the 30 days cancelling period and emailed me the response below:

Legal, please start the collection process.

As a consumer, I was DENIED the service I paid for and entitled, therefore it gives you NO RIGHT to further deduct ANY more payments and I demand a refund for the money I paid over for the non-existent service.
I went back to my current ISP AXXESS and within 5 minutes, my account was back and internet up.
I'm sure there are satisfied users with Openweb, but this encounter have left a bitter taste in my mouth regarding the incompotency. I wish you luck and bye
