Before I started writing this report, I did some reading on other users experience with ISP's, one caught my eye where they rated OpenWeb as the worst. Coming from iBurst, I must bow to OpenWeb as they only presented me, my friends and my family with top notch service. For every complaint there are 15-18 compliments. Take iBurst as an example, I am still looking for a user that complimented them.

Enough of that, I have been with OpenWeb for almost a year now. In this year I have had some, queries, concerns or even problems which OpenWeb responded within an hour. Yes, and I wish there was an after 5pm service. Worst case scenario is where I was without internet from the Friday evening 17:30 to Saturday 09:00am when they responded. I have only been met with friendliness and eagerness to help from OpenWeb's side.

The reason I chose OpenWeb, was not from advertising, but from word of mouth. A couple of friends have the same experience I have and that I why I chose OpenWeb and haven't regret it once.

This is an open initiation to OpenWeb to keep up the good work, on both the accounts and technical department. As being a Technical Lead and Senior Developer myself, WELL DONE GUYS!
